Product Description

The working principle of the car painting booth mainly consists of two stages: painting and baking:
Painting stage
Air filtration: The external air first passes through the primary filter cotton (such as metal mesh) for initial filtration to remove larger particles.
Secondary filtration: The filtered air is sent into the static pressure chamber by the blower and then passes through the top filter cotton (such as activated carbon filter) for secondary purification to ensure air quality.
Wind curtain formation: The purified air flows downward at a speed of 0.2-0.3 m/s, forming a wind curtain from top to bottom around the workpiece, causing the paint mist particles generated during painting to follow the airflow and sink to the bottom, and then being discharged through dry paint mist filter materials or water filtration devices.
Baking stage
Hot air circulation: The air valve is adjusted to the baking mode, and the external air is filtered first and then thermally exchanged with the heat exchanger to increase temperature, forming hot air.
Temperature control: Most of the hot air is reused after internal circulation, and only a small amount of fresh air is supplemented. When the temperature reaches 55-60ºC, the burner automatically stops; when the temperature drops to 4-5ºC below the set value, the equipment restarts to maintain constant temperature.
Key technical features
Full downward airflow: The air is uniformly conveyed downward through the top filter net to avoid the retention of paint mist.
Automatic temperature control system: A linkage mechanism of the burner and the blower is adopted to achieve precise temperature control. Environmental protection design: Dry paint mist filter material and organic solvent adsorption box effectively reduce pollutant emission
