AUTOMATIC LIQUID COATING PRODUCTION LINE
The overhead chain conveyor spray painting and curing production line, also known as a spray painting line, is used for continuous coating operations of products with high production demands.
A typical spray painting line consists of a primer spray booth, a topcoat spray booth, a drying tunnel, and conveyor systems. Pre-treatment and post-treatment processes can be added as needed.
The spray booths in the spray painting line are open-access, providing a passageway for the conveyor chain and workpieces. The drying tunnel is generally a bridge-type oven, with the inlet and outlet lower than the bottom of the drying tunnel for better heat preservation. The conveyor system includes the conveyor chain, chain track, track supports, drive unit, tensioning device, lubrication mechanism, and hangers.
Product Features
This lightweight overhead conveyor uses cold-formed steel for the track, with a cross-shaped assembly. It features a twisted chain and double guide wheels. It boasts smooth operation, high efficiency, large load capacity, and a low failure rate during continuous operation. The machine has a reasonable structure, is safe and reliable to use, and can fully utilize space for automatic and continuous material handling.
It is an ideal transportation tool for large-scale automated production today.
